The aim of our training is to ensure that designated workplace first aiders do not only receive a certificate, but also gain truly usable, practical knowledge. Most people do not fail to help because they do not want to, but because they are afraid of making a mistake. Yet the biggest mistake is doing nothing. Legal background, briefly
Providing workplace first aid is not only a responsible employer decision, but also a legal requirement related to safe working conditions.
The Labour Code sets out the employer’s general obligation to ensure healthy and safe working conditions.
Based on Act XCIII of 1993 on Occupational Safety and Health, the employer is responsible for ensuring the personal, material, and organizational conditions necessary for safe and risk-free work.
Furthermore, Section 20 of Joint Decree 3/2002. (II. 8.) SzCsM–EüM on occupational safety requirements for workplaces explicitly states that every workplace and every shift must be equipped with first aid supplies or a first aid kit, and that a trained and designated first aider must be present among the employees, depending on the nature of the work, the risk level of the processes, and the number of employees.
Therefore, workplace first aid training is not just an administrative obligation: it is a practical preparation that contributes to employee safety, employer compliance, and faster, more effective assistance.
What does the workplace first aid training include?

Patient assessment and condition evaluation
Participants will learn how to safely approach a person in need, how to check responsiveness and breathing, and how to recognize conditions requiring immediate intervention.
Emergency call and requesting help
We discuss when to call emergency services, what information to provide to dispatch, and how to involve colleagues in providing assistance.
Unconsciousness and recovery position
The training covers care for an unconscious but breathing patient, airway management basics, and correct execution of the recovery position.
Resuscitation and AED use
Participants learn the basics of adult CPR, the importance of chest compressions, and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).
Bleeding and injury care
We cover common workplace injuries, bleeding, basic wound care, and when urgent medical or emergency assistance is required.
Burns, sudden illness, fainting
Participants learn what to do in case of burns, sudden illness, fainting, seizures, or other unexpected conditions.
Allergic reactions and anaphylaxis
We focus on recognizing severe allergic reactions, immediate actions, and the importance of timely emergency response. Training includes use of an EpiPen trainer.
