I have been working in healthcare since 2003, and I obtained my paramedic degree in 2013 at the Faculty of Health Sciences of Semmelweis University. Over more than two decades, I have gained comprehensive and in-depth professional experience in both emergency patient care and healthcare education. In my work, I experience every day that properly trained individuals can literally play a life-saving role in those critical, decisive minutes when professional help is still on the way.

Teaching has been an integral part of my professional life since 2006. Over the years, I have successfully prepared numerous competition teams who achieved outstanding results, but for me, the greatest success is always when I can provide everyday people with confident, practical knowledge. I conduct training sessions for individuals, schools, and companies alike. For me, teaching is never just the transfer of information: my main goal is to establish stable, skill-level, automatic life-saving reflexes.

In my trainings, I place special emphasis on ensuring that participants gain real, practical knowledge and confidence instead of dry theory—confidence they can immediately apply in real, stressful situations. Whether it is basic first aid or more complex medical emergencies, I believe that preparedness saves lives. My mission is to deliver this knowledge to as many people as possible using the most modern methods, actively contributing to building a safer, more conscious, and more proactive society.

I obtained my paramedic degree in 2009, and as part of my professional development, I completed an APN master's program in 2022.

During my career, I have gained extensive experience in emergency care, where I have seen firsthand the importance of fast, decisive, and professional assistance.

I have been involved in first aid education for years. As an instructor, I clearly see the gaps and uncertainties that can make it difficult for laypeople to make decisions in unexpected accidents or medical emergencies. That is why it is especially important to me that participants receive practical, understandable, and truly applicable knowledge.

As a mother, the topic of emergency situations, accidents, and illnesses affecting children is particularly close to my heart. I believe that teaching first aid is not just a professional task, but a calling: passing on knowledge that can even save lives.

I have been working in healthcare for more than a decade, where I have gained extensive experience in emergency care and life-saving interventions. During my career as a paramedic assistant, I obtained my basic qualification in 2016, followed by an advanced-level qualification a year later. I have been working at the ambulance service since 2013, serving for 4 years as an on-duty paramedic assistant and for the past 7 years as an ambulance dispatcher, managing rescue operations. I have directly assisted in numerous resuscitations and have also coordinated several life-saving interventions over the phone.

As an instructor, I have conducted training across various fields and target groups, including resuscitation and first aid education. I primarily focus on practice-oriented training to ensure that participants not only have theoretical knowledge but are also capable of effectively handling emergency situations. In my teaching, I apply the most modern methods to ensure that learners acquire all the necessary skills.

This geographically and professionally diverse period allowed me to gain broad and in-depth experience in emergency patient care.

Throughout my career, I have participated in countless critical, life-saving interventions, where I witnessed firsthand that timely, decisive assistance provided by laypeople can literally determine human lives. These defining moments in the field made me realize the importance of placing strong emphasis on public education alongside daily emergency work. I firmly believe that confidently applied first aid and medical knowledge at the right moment is the most crucial link in survival.

In my teaching activities, I work with a wide variety of target groups: everyday laypeople, corporate employees, and healthcare professionals seeking to expand their knowledge. My courses always focus on maximum practical applicability. For me, teaching is not just delivering theoretical material, but building stable, immediately usable knowledge and confidence that participants can effectively apply in real, stressful emergencies.

I obtained my paramedic degree in 2018 at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Debrecen, and to further deepen my professional and pedagogical knowledge, I continued my studies and earned a Master's degree as a Health Sciences Teacher (MSc) in 2020. During my career, I worked in various areas of emergency care, gaining extensive practical experience. My time in direct patient care taught me the importance of quick assessment and precise, decisive intervention.

During my work—especially while serving as an on-call dispatcher—I realized that a significant portion of the population lacks confidence and adequate knowledge in first aid. Handling emergency calls around the clock made it clear to me how crucial it is for laypeople to be prepared for unexpected and often frightening medical emergencies. This realization led to my motivation to promote first aid education, which—aligned with my teaching qualification—guided me toward education.

As an instructor, my main goal is for everyone to acquire these life-saving skills, and more importantly, to confidently apply them in practice. In my trainings, I strive to provide practical and understandable knowledge that helps eliminate the fear of taking action. I am dedicated to creating a direct, supportive environment where participants feel comfortable asking questions, gaining experience, and becoming capable of providing professional and confident assistance until emergency services arrive.

Through years of field experience and countless on-site interventions, I have clearly identified the significant knowledge gaps and hesitation that often prevent people from taking action in unexpected emergency situations. I see exactly where helpers tend to become uncertain, and I have a clear vision of how we can effectively improve this together.

As an instructor, it is both my passion and personal mission to ensure that every participant not only understands but also masters the basics of life-saving in practice. I am convinced that this knowledge is not just mandatory curriculum, but a vital tool that could one day be decisive for any of us or our loved ones. I have been teaching courses for laypeople for years, while also actively participating in professional training programs. It is especially important to me that both everyday individuals and professionals possess stable, up-to-date, and confident knowledge in handling critical situations.

In my trainings, I focus on maximum practical orientation and delivering tangible knowledge instead of dry theory. I create a direct, supportive, and stress-free environment where everyone feels comfortable asking questions, practicing, and experiencing that they are capable of helping. Alongside theoretical foundations, I prepare learners for realistic scenarios and situations they may encounter in everyday life. My goal is for every participant to overcome their fear of taking action by the end of the course and leave with real confidence and immediately applicable life-saving knowledge.
