About us

About us

We believe that first aid is best learned from those who encounter real emergency situations on a daily basis. The backbone of our team consists of highly experienced paramedic assistants and paramedics who pass on their practical knowledge gained in emergency patient care through our trainings.

We do not teach purely theoretical knowledge. Based on our experience gained on the streets, in homes, institutions, and ambulances, we demonstrate what can and should be done in the event of an unexpected medical condition, accident, or life-threatening situation.

Why did we create our trainings?

Our current training system was developed in 2024 based on a shared realization. During our work, we saw that the environment of those in trouble—whether in nurseries, schools, or workplaces—often feels helpless in the face of events because they do not know what to do.

Most people do not fail to help because they do not want to, but because they are afraid of making mistakes. We work to turn this uncertainty into confident knowledge. We believe that in providing help, the biggest mistake is doing nothing.

More than education: An interactive community experience

Our trainings focus on practice, real-life situations, and interactive learning. Participants do not passively listen to lectures; instead, they think together, practice, ask questions, and learn through scenarios that reflect real situations.

Many say that our trainings provide not only real knowledge but also a community experience. Members of a teaching staff, an institutional team, or a workplace group learn together how to better look out for each other and others in case of trouble.

From infancy to old age – Nationwide coverage

Our trainings are built around different areas of life and age-specific needs. We cover infant and child first aid, practical training for educators, workplace first aid, first aid for laypeople, as well as training for professionals working in social and elderly care.

We provide trainings nationwide, visiting hundreds of locations each year and helping thousands of participants act more confidently, quickly, and effectively in unexpected situations.

Flexible learning: E-learning and Digital knowledge base

In addition to in-person trainings, we continuously develop our digital learning platform. The goal of our online materials is to provide access to essential first aid knowledge for those who cannot easily attend in-person training due to time constraints or location.

E-learning courses can be completed at your own pace from anywhere, while we strive to keep the material visual, easy to understand, and practical. According to our plans, from September 2026 we will expand our offerings with an accredited digital training format.

Our mission

Our goal is to make first aid not a frightening obligation, but understandable, practical, and applicable knowledge. We want participants to finish our trainings not thinking, “I would never dare to do this,” but instead: “I know what to do, and I am capable of helping.”
